What is GBONK's refund policy

We offer 7 days return from the day you receive the product. All refunds will be processed after the returned product finishes the "product quality check" at our warehouse.

COD shipping charges are non-refundable. We can only refund the amount you paid for the product.

We cannot refund money if the product is used or damaged. It will be shipped back to you and your refund request will be denied.
